Make Your Own Liquid Vitamin Mineral Supplements

Whereas standard blenders juices so gritty you may find it unpleasant to drink. The health blender manufacturers claims that all the nutrients are retained and the machine liberates more of them than even more than our own digestive system can.
One phytochemical that is supposed to prevent heart disease in men is the bioflavonoid. When using a health blender their claim is that you can make an antioxidant cocktail that you could not make with any other system. The claim is that the blender will take citrus like grapefruit and oranges and grind the whole fruit including the skins to the point that no seeds or rinds are detectable. It is as the blender people say painting your home with a spray guy rather then a paint brush.
You can make your own liquid vitamin mineral supplements with real foods which has advantages over nutritional supplements in pill form. But you do not have to throw out your juicer and go out and buy a high speed blender. You can take the fruit pulp and put it in your food processor with peeled apples for a great variation on apple sauce.
