Raspberry Leaf Rooibos Tea for Pregnancy
Raspberry Leaf Rooibos Tea is a blend of Rooibos Tea and Raspberry Leaf. Raspberry leaf is a uterine tonic that tones the uterus and pelvic muscles for contractions. It helps the uterus do more effective exercising while pregnant. It helps to tone the uterus after delivery as well, shrinking it back to size more quickly and reducing bleeding. It can be consumed the last couple months of pregnancy to prepare for the birth and stimulate milk flow. It can also be given to children to ease cramps from indigestion or diarrhea.
Rooibos Tea is organic and contains no colors, additives or preservatives, free from harmful substances, and no caffeine. According to studies, Rooibos Tea has been shown to aid in health problems such as diabetes, high Blood Pressure, irritability, headaches, stomach cramps, disturbed sleeping patterns, insomnia, nervous tension, mild depression or hypertension, liver diseases, allergies, cataracts, mellitus, atherosclerosis, nausea and vomiting, constipation, stomach ulcers, and heartburn. It is free from harmful stimulants and has very low tannin levels. Rooibos Tea contains no oxalic acid, allowing those suffering from kidney stones to drink freely. It boosts the Immune System and has 50 times the antioxidant properties of Green Tea. It is also called Red Bush Tea or Red Tea. The Japanese, from extensive research call it Long Life Tea. It aids in the body's natural schedule, relaxing in the evening and stimulating during the day. It contains the minerals; potassium, iron, calcium, copper, fluoride, zinc, manganese and magnesium. The flavor of Rooibos Tea is often described as sweet and slightly nutty. Infuse one teaspoon per cup for no less than 3 minutes to allow the taste to come through, and no more than 5 minutes to keep it from becoming bitter. It can be mixed with milk, and also tastes great with honey and lemon. Rooibos Tea is delicious hot or cold.
