Are Penis Exercises the Perfect Male Performance Enhancement?
Male Penis enhancement is a key issue in the lives millions of people, both male and female. Sexual intimacy often plays a critical role in a couple's relationship. The corpus cavernosum is the two expandable erectile tissues running the length of the penis shaft, from the pubic bones to the head of the penis, where they join. When these tissues are filled with blood, penile erection occurs.
The theory behind Jelqing penis exercises, is that a consistently repeated Jelqing routine, daily 15-30 minute sessions are suggested, will generate lasting increases in both penis length and girth. Jelqing penis exercises usually start with a warm-up period, involving a warm bath or applying a warm wet towel to the penis. This preparation increases blood flow to the erectile tissues of the penis. The hand, or devices created for penis exercises, then encircles the base of the penis to ensure no escaping blood, and moved towards the head, forcing the blood to the end of the penis. Long time practitioners claim gains of several inches in length, and up to two inches in girth are attainable. This is one of the most natural male penis enhancement techniques available, and the basic technique should be familiar to most men.
Another male performance enhancement in the penis exercises category, is known as PC Contractions. PC Contractions are a variation on women's Kegel exercises, and serve for greater control of erection and ejaculation. The pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, which gives ability to stop the flow of urine, and tighten the stomach and buttocks, is clenched, the tension held for about two or three seconds, and then relaxed for two or three seconds. This is repeated about 15 times during a session. A consistent daily routine would consist of 15-20 of these sessions. While not a penis exercise, per se, it is considered a male performance enhancement because it conditions the PC muscle to avoid premature ejaculations and loss of erection.
Nowadays, there are many male performance enhancement solutions.
