How long to get a six pack
Many people often ask me as a personal trainer- how long to get a six pack. The answer I give is always the same. How long it takes you to get a six pack, firstly depends on Your Own level of body fat and also how much work you are prepared to put into getting one! How long to get a six pack can vary anything from a couple of weeks if your body fat is very low to a couple of years if you've got extremely high body fat. I do know though as a personal trainer I am known for the six packs I've created with my clients both male and female through correct nutritional principles and training. How long to get a six pack can also depend on genetics. If your parents were predisposed to carry a lot of fat around the mid section chances are you will be too- you'll still be able to get a six pack- I've never failed to get a client one if they are after one- but it will just take a little more work.
How long to get a six pack with correct nutritional principles- a very short time. I managed myself to go from a 38 inch waist to a rippling six pack to prove that my knowledge and training was superior to anyone else. I lost 3.5 stone in this time and maintained my strength and conditioning. I posted pictures on my blog as evidence- this got me more internationally based clients for nutritional support and long distance training than ever before. A staged carb reduction diet is essential in the pursuit of a six pack- and this varies from individual to individual specific to body frame, exercise experience etc. How long to get a six pack can be drastically reduced by a great bespoke diet that is followed rigorously. Training is a must to create separation in the abs. People after asking the question ‘hey how long to get a six pack' always ask will crunches give them goods abs. Crunches are only one part of the puzzle as the lower abs must be trained, the obliques and the T.V.A. All these muscles when trained correctly will reduce how long to get a six pack. They must be trained as part of a specific program though as using exercises that are too advanced can easily lead to injury. How long to get a six pack is really dependant on you and the hard work you're prepared to do to get it.
