Avoid Post Partum Depression With A High DHA Fish Oil Supplement
You might disagree but hear me out on this, every year around 8 to 20% of pregnant women suffer from post partum depression. Studies have proven that feeding the fetus and the newborn baby could lead to drastic drop in the levels of DHA in the mother's body; eventually, resulting in post partum depression and frequent mood changes. Hence, the need of premium high DHA fish supplements.
For best results, look for supplements that is made up of fish like hoki, tuna, etc. that are naturally rich in DHA fats. 1000mg of oil should at least have 250 mg of DHA fats.
